Springtime Radiante is a stallion with great temperment and  winning gait. He was
National Champion (4th) in Classic Fino Schooling Colts as a 4 year old and attained the Top 10 Sires list in 2001, reflecting the fact that his offspring have accumulated numerous regional and national championships in all divisions of gait.  Many have attained their Title of Performance (TOP), Legion of Merit (LOM) and Honour of Merit (HOM) titles. Radiante's genetic potency for gait is also indicative of his own lineage in that his sire Nevado, a hall of fame inductee, also attained the Top 10 Sires list, as did his grandfather Resorte IV.

Radiante's dam Springtime Princesa, bred to many different stallions, is a legendary producer of champions, demonstrating her own genetic potency. Her sire, Monarca de Besilu also attained Top 10 Sire ranking while her grandsire Anfitrion was a Columbian stallion that has impacted many Paso Finos throughout Peurto Rico and USA.
Radiante thus embodies genetic consistency as evidenced by the show winning gait in both his lineage and his progeny.

Artworks Paso Finos feels privledged to be part of  The Lux Gallery and to offer the only  former Top 10 Sire (2001) currently standing in Canada. In the show ring horses are rewarded for quality of gait and its correct and accurate execution. Tightness or length of stride is not rewarded per se but rather determines which class a horse competes in. Because of Radiante's ability to pass on superb gait qualities to his offspring, when bred to Artworks correct and accurate pleasure gaited mares, we anticipate consistent production of well gaited foals.

At Artworks it's all about the smoothness of the ride. Temperment and gait determine this and Radiante is renowned for both. With the addition of our genetics for color we look forward to producing the whole package for the discriminating rider....
